About

I received my Ph.D. and MSc. in Greenhouse Technology in the University of Almería, Spain under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Diego L. Valera, Dr. Alejandro López and Prof. Areceli Peña. I received my B.E. degree in Mechanical Engeeniering in the Autonomous University of Chapingo, Mexico.

My current research interests include greenhouse technology, aerodynamics, computer vision and machine learning . I have published papers in high impact scientific journals. Publications include aerodynamic analysis of natural ventilation in greenhouses by using sonic anemometry, Object Oriented Programming for development of control system of a subsonic wind tunnels and a computer vision and machine learning system for the identification of agricultural pests.
