The conference will be held at Kutaisi International University (KIU), located in Kutaisi, in the Imereti region of Georgia.
Kutaisi is a historic city with a population of approximately 130,000. As one of the oldest cities in Georgia, it is known for its rich cultural heritage and welcoming atmosphere. Most of the city's main attractions, hotels, and restaurants are concentrated in the city center. The majority of hotels in Kutaisi are small, family-run businesses, though there are also a few mid-sized hotels. You can go ahead and book accommodation online through platforms such as Booking.com
The University has reserved a number of rooms at selected hotels (listed below) in Kutaisi for our conference. If you would like to stay in one of these reserved rooms, you can contact the hotel directly and mention that you are participating in the conference at KIU from June 9–13. Also, feel free to reach out to the organizers for assistance. Rooms were reserve by the university at the following hotels: Hotel Argo, Hotel King David the Builder, Best Western Kutaisi and Hotel Memoire.
Additionally, a limited number of rooms will be available at the KIU dormitories. These are studio rooms with private bathrooms and will be more affordable than hotel options. Below are the pictures of dorm rooms. A single dorm room price is 35 USD per day, whereas double (bunk bed) will cost 55 USD. If you are interested in staying in a dormitory, please contact the organizers.
Kutaisi International University is located on the outskirts of the city but remains easily accessible via local transportation. Information on transport options can be found in the Local Transportation section.
