Important information to be included on the activity website:
Participant information: When registering, you must enter the personal information of the person attending the event (not their university/company information).
Invoice request: If you require an invoice, you must request it during registration (in Activity Details --> Issue Invoice: Yes). This request cannot be made afterward.
Invoice tax information: If you wish the invoice to be issued to your company/university, this information must be completed in the "Recipient Details" section, selecting the "Company" option. A manual with the steps to follow is attached.
University of Almería members: UAL members who wish for their department or research group to cover the payment must make an internal transfer from their cost center to the activity's cost center. In this case, they should not register through the payment platform, but they must inform the conference organizers of this arrangement.
