I am a member of the Committee for the Status of Women in Astronomy (CSWA) and am leading the demographics survey to assess tenure and promotion rates for U. S. astronomers in academic institutions, with a focus on individuals who are at the intersection of multiple identities.   I am a member of the Executive Committee of the Division of Astrophysics of the American Physical Society, and I also serve as the faculty advisor for our newly formed Women in Physics group here at UAH.
