This session explores mental health challenges for women, emphasizing self-awareness, acceptance, and strategic life planning for personal and professional success. Participants will learn about the impact of biological cycles on cognitive and emotional performance. We will discuss some cutting-edge research from CINCCO such as the role of the Cognitive Behavioral Triangle in linking thoughts, emotions and behaviors, as well as some practical strategies to boost “happy chemicals" that will allow you to flourish with personalized wellness approaches.

Dr. Marta Eraña, Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Sciences (UAEM-Mexico), she is a professor and researcher. Senior member of the IEEE, she leads computing and data analysis projects in cognitive sciences.
