Attend Virtually

For the authors who selected the in-person mode during the registration process, you have to attend the ANT 2025 conference at Patras, Greece, between 22 and 24 April 2025, to present your paper according to the Final Conference Program available at: https://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/ant-25/#conferenceProgram

However, for those who selected the Online/Virtual mode, they should only record a video stream (mp4 format) as soon as possible where where ONE of the AUTHORS PRESENTS the paper ORALLY  the paper in at most 10 minutes  using Zoom Meetings while starting the meeting with the recording (you have to activate the recording when you're ready and stop it when finishing the presentation), sharing the slides correctly in full screen mode, and activating the micro & camera based on the following Zoom link:

Note: If you have any problem in using our Zoom link, you can create your own Zoom link (name the meeting with IWIT 2025) using Zoom Meetings Workplace and follow the same subsequent steps...!

Then, rename the pre-recorded MP4 file as "IWHICI2025_Presenter-NAME_Your-Paper-ID.mp4" and upload your recorded video to the IWHICI 2025 Drive folder at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ECpihN5Zkb6E9DhOhgIcgDFHEqeNMCiu

Moreover, after successfully uploading your presentation video recording, please send us an email (Subject: IWHICI 2025 - Pre-recorded video successfully uploaded for paper ID) to conf.sciences@gmail.com to evaluate your presentation and address any questions regarding the talk. We will then send you your E-Certificate.

• Only ONE (1) (E)-Certificate can be issued for EACH PAPER!

• Please note that live participation is not feasible for virtual mode!
