Before attending a WBL placement, the answer MUST be “NO” to ALL of the following:
Have you had close contact with someone who is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
Have you traveled out-of-state in the past 14 days? (If so, Vermont regulations may require a 2-week quarantine.)
Are you experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19?
1. Fever of 100.4°F or higher
2. Cough
3. Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
4. Chills
5. Muscle Pain
6. Sore Throat
7. New Loss of Taste or Smell
