We used 3 levels of prototyping to design, evaluate, and iterate COFF-E's user experience.
We embraced low-fidelity, paper prototyping and storyboarding with participants to assess which form of interface display would be most effective. Ultimately, we learned participants preferred simple text and icon output.
Next, we produced a high-fidelity Figma wireframe to mock-up the user-experience. We learned that the flow of pages was liked, but participants voiced that mobile (rather than tablet) format would be most useful.
Finally, we created a full-functioning application in Flutter, implementing simple display output and mobile format advocated for in the previous two prototypes.
