I believe in iterative design processes and innovative problem assessment with an empathy-based evaluation focus to help teams and organizations grow and improve. I have accomplished projects ranging from improving committee productivity levels, shifting organizational culture, and supporting local non profits tackle participation struggles.

In my approach I believe that the best people to help solve the problems are the ones experiencing them and I work collaboratively with both my clients and the end users to find the best solution. I am intentional in my detailed consideration of resources, needs, and culture in designing solutions to protype, test and reevaluate.

By taking the time to get to know the true root cause of problems and the perspectives of those involved we can work together to effectively assess and address the challenges facing your organization and staff.
