• Produce guidelines on addressing SDOH in the main dental clinic to be used by students and faculty

• Explore the inclusion of SDOH guidelines in the PacManual

• Pilot the SDOH guidelines in the main dental clinic by student dentists and faculty

• Empower student dentists and faculty to incorporate SDOH into their own risk assessments and treatment plans for patients

• Improve the oral health outcomes of patients through SDOH education using the SDOH guidelines
