Canva offers a feature called "Canva Present and Record" that allows you to create and deliver presentations online. Here are the steps for using Canva Present and Record:
Log in to your Canva account (or create one if you don't have an account).
Click on "Create a design" and select "Presentation."
Choose a template or start from scratch to create your presentation slides using Canva's drag-and-drop editor. You can add text, images, shapes, and other elements to your slides.
Design your slides and organize your content as needed. You can also add animations and transitions to make your presentation more visually appealing.
Before recording, make sure you have the necessary equipment, such as a good-quality microphone and camera, if you plan to include video.
On the editor menu bar, click Present. If you don’t see it, click on Share first.
Select Present and record. Click Next.
Click Go to recording studio, and give Canva access to your mic and camera.
If you have multiple devices available, select the camera and mic that you want to use.
Click Start recording. Go through your presentation as you would with an audience.
To finish, click End recording on the top corner of the presentation screen. Wait for your recording to upload.
On the next screen, you can do the following:
Share a link to your recording: Click Copy link.
Download your recording: Click Download.
Delete your recording: Click Discard.
Save your recording and go back to the editor: Click Save and exit.
Once your presentation recording is ready, you can share it with your audience. You can upload it to video-sharing platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive, or you can share the video file directly with your intended audience.
Here’s how to turn on automatic subtitles when viewing talking presentations:
Open your presentation in Canva.
Select Share, then Present and record. If you don’t see the option, select More.
Select Copy link.
Open a new tab, then go to the presentation link.
Select (Show subtitles) to turn on automatic closed captions. If you want to turn it off, select (Hide subtitles).
