Gordan Kalabic, CPTM

I’m a Learning and Development professional currently working full-time as an eLearning Specialist and Instructional Designer. My core responsibilities include storyboarding, developing eLearning content, and managing learning management systems (LMS). 

I hold a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Instructional Design from Boise State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education. Through both academic training and hands-on experience, I’ve developed strong expertise in eLearning development, LMS administration, needs analysis, and the application of various Human Performance Improvement (HPI) models. 

I take pride in my ability to pinpoint performance gaps and design effective, technology-driven solutions using HPI principles. My work is fueled by a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that drive real results.
