Organizational Culture-Term Project Final.docxThe term project and film analysis contributed to Business Bridge to Career program objectives by giving me a chance to work with varies people in the class. The goal was to “collaborate respectfully and diverse team members to execute projects” and I accomplished this goal by continually interacting with my teammates and communicating back and forth. Furthermore, we were able to draw out certain time frames we would like a project completed and to keep each other motivated until the due date.
