· Second in command of a 140 ft. icebreaking tug in the Great Lakes. Supervises all training teams onboard. Responsible for tracking and analyzing all performance metrics observed by the training teams and developing solutions to performance shortfalls.

Assistant Engineer Officer, Training Team Leader December 2019 – June 2022
· Second in charge of Engineering Department on a National Security Cutter. Leader of a team of 12 trainers responsible for training and exercises in responding to battle damage on a warship. Assessed to be the best Damage Control Training Team on the West Coast by the Afloat Training Organization, Seattle.
U.S. Naval Submarine School Groton, CT
Instructor, Module Lead February 2018 – December 2019
· Integrated academic and pragmatic learning through the execution of hundreds of virtual training exercises, preparing over 400 officer students annually for integration into the submarine fleet.
· Coordinated the development of two curriculums to incorporate posture changes in the naval fleet regarding Cyber Security and Electronic Warfare Support.

Nuclear Training Team Leader January 2017 – January 2018
· Led the team in charge of analyzing the performance of the technicians that operated the nuclear reactor. Led training sessions on safe reactor operation.
