This week focused on completing the C5 Final Draft Definition.

Samantha

• Drafted layout plans for future CAD models

• Began early concept sketches of the lung structure

• Reviewed design requirements for anatomical accuracy

• Researched human lung anatomy and respiratory mechanics

• Wrote major sections of the C5 document, including area of study and limitations

• Organized research sources and background information

This week we worked on the C5 Final Draft Definition for our Surgical Lung Model. We finalized our area of study, sub-problems, limitations, assumptions, and essential question. This helped us clearly define the purpose and direction of our project.
