Speak Natural — account and data deletion
You can request deletion without opening the app. Email tyuschak@tysci-eng.com with the subject “Speak Natural account and data deletion.” Write from the Google email you use to sign into Speak Natural. If you learned as a guest or cannot access that email, contact us to discuss another way to verify ownership. Never send passwords, API keys or Google verification codes.
What happens next
We match your account and ask you to confirm the request. After verification, we delete the account data we manage and submit deletion requests to our service providers within 30 days. Associated personal data is deleted by default, including account-linked starter choices and usage records. We send a completion message explaining what was removed and any remaining provider limitations.
Device analytics references
If you still have the app, Settings → Delete account and data can copy a request containing account and device analytics references. Include references from each device before clearing its data. You can still contact us without them; we will discuss what can be located and verified.
What is retained
We keep only verification and completion correspondence for 90 days after fulfillment to handle follow-up or disputes, then delete it. This does not extend our account-data deletion deadline. Service providers control their own processing and backup retention; submission of a deletion request does not mean all provider copies disappear immediately.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your account does not cancel Google Play billing or automatically issue a refund. Manage subscriptions at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. You can request deletion whether or not you cancel. Google Play's order records are separate. If you return, restoration may recover eligible store purchases; deleted learning records and account-linked starter choices are not promised to return.
Clear data from your devices separately
In versions with this control, open Settings → Clear data on this device. Confirming removes local history, progress, downloaded packs, settings and saved API keys, signs you out and closes the app. You will need to grant app permissions again. Alternatively use Android Settings → Apps → Speak Natural → Storage → Clear storage; names may differ by phone. Repeat on other devices as needed. Local cleanup does not delete server accounts, cancel subscriptions or remove existing Android backups.
