Practice a simple mindfulness meditation:
Sit upright in a comfortable position with your eyes closed or focused on a steady object.
Start by bringing attention to your breath. Breathe in deep, allowing your abdomen to expand. Then breathe out fully.
Notice how your inhale and exhale feels in your body.
Consider each thought or sensation that has entered your mind without judgment.
When you notice that your mind has wandered, refocus your attention back to your breath.
