tomato, celery, jalapeño, olive, lemon, lime, and just a touch of sweetness, this jar makes brunch
anything but basic.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Rhody Red–infused vodka
• 4 oz tomato juice
• Pinch of black pepper
• Garnish: olives, celery, peppers- get creative!
Steps:
Add infused vodka, tomato juice, and black pepper to shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish to taste. No lemon or hot sauce needed unless you want extra heat.
RHODY RED Snapper Spritz
A lighter, modern riff on the Bloody Mary: shaken, crisp, and perfect for brunch or twilight hours.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Rhody Red–infused vodka
• 2 oz clarified tomato juice
• Squeeze of ½ lemon
• Shake with ice ® strain ® top with soda water
• Garnish: fresh herbs, olives, peppers- anything from the garden!
Steps:
Add infused vodka, clarified tomato juice, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake until cold.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish and serve.

2 oz pure cranberry juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz peach schnapps
Garnish : dried orange wheel & cinnamon stick

LAVENDER HAZE Mezcal Martini
Mezcal brings the haze and depth, the lemon adds brightness, the Crème de Violette gives a quiet violet finish adds some extra color.
It’s aromatic without being perfumed and smoky without being heavy. A drink that unfolds slowly as you sip.
Ingredients:
2 oz Lavender Haze Lemonade infused mezcal
1 oz fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
1/2 oz crème de violette
Garnish: lemon peel or dried lavender stalks
Steps:
Add the infused mezcal, lemon juice, and Crème de Violette to a shaker.
Add ice and shake until the shaker feels very cold.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Note: If a few lavender buds make it through the shaker strainer, that is normal. For a clearer finish, simply strain once more through a fine mesh strainer.

It’s balanced and subtle enough to use widely: cocktails, mocktails, sparkling water, tea, desserts, vinaigrettes, even drizzled over fruit.
Ingredients:
1 Lavender Haze Lemonade infusion jar
8 oz water
8 oz sugar
Optional: steep a butterfly pea tea bag in the warm water, before adding sugar, for a deeper purple color.
Steps:
Bring water to a boil. (Add optional butterfly pea tea bag for a few minutes and remove before step 2)
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour into Lavender Haze Lemonade infusion jar and let cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate until cold.
Strain into a clean bottle for a smooth, clear syrup, or keep it in the jar if you don’t mind a few lavender buds.
