My administration career began in 2012, when I was named General Manager of the acclaimed Off-Broadway production Around the World in 80 Days. Soon after, I headed to Orlando to become the Actors' Equity Association Business Representative for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US, representing over 750 actors, singers, dancers, acrobats, circus performers, and stunt performers across 4 parks and 5 resorts.
At AEA, I worked on the development of Disney Parks shows, some of which are still running today, including Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire, Rivers of Light, Jungle Book: Alive With Magic, American Music Machine, and Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple. I also settled multiple arbitrations with Disney and oversaw the enforcement of safety measures for all types of performer work, including motorcycle and car stunts, fire stunts, water-floating stages, stage construction at Cinderella's Castle, fight choreography, and interactive pyrotechnic and firework displays.
In 2017, I became the Director of Operations for Artists Simply Human (ASH) Dance Convention, working with world-renowned choreographers from across the US and managing all touring production staff and talent.
