We receive your offer/selling application.
We send the property details to our due diligence team to review.
Our team checks the property out.. (legal records (ownership), tax-liens, road access, access to utilities, zoning, etc..)
Once everything is verified, we determine whether or not we like the price for our findings.
We let you know whether the price is right, and if it is, we will begin writing up the deed.
Once deed is finished we will email it or mail it to you to sign and notarize.
You can then Email (tyler@tyleighcapital.com), Fax (662-862-7741), or Mail(Mailing Address Bottom left of page) the signed and Notarized Deed to us.
Once we receive, we will E-Record with the county. Once we get see that everything is ok, we will mail you a check or send you an E-Check for the agreed on amount.
