Read to Achieve
Who: Currently enrolled 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students; by invitation only for those students not demonstrating reading proficiency
What: Read to Achieve legislation offers additional reading support during the summer to students who are not proficient in reading by the end of the school year. Reading Camp provides access to ongoing reading support for students in grades 1-3 as they continue working on identified gaps before transitioning to the next school year. Teachers will provide targeted and individualized support and services necessary to students as they become more confident and proficient readers.Â
When: Monday-Thursday; June 24 through July 18, 2024; 8 AM to 3 PM
Where: Tyrrell Elementary School
Transportation and child nutrition will provided for students.
