Once a student is enrolled in the Mathnasium@home program, it is important that they have updated curriculum to work through. This guide reviews how to upload a student's work to @home
Using the Creating Learning Plans guide linked above, create and shuffle a learning plan
During page shuffling, limit the maximum number of pages to 50'
Print the document to PDF by selecting the Microsoft Print to PDF option in printer settings
You can find the VCP login through the CD Dashboard linked above
Select the student in the student list (you can use the search bar to narrow down the list)
Click the red "Add New Digi-Deck" button on the right side of the page
Fill in the board name using this format: "Firstname Lastname Month Year Part#" (i.e. - Super Man November 2023 Part 1)
Make sure the User field matches the student's name
Select "Create as active deck" if the you want this to be the first deck they work on
Click "Create Deck"
With the deck opened, select the import button near the bottom of the toolbar (shown below)
Navigate and select the student file that corresponds to the whiteboard
Once selected you should see the work populated in the digi-deck
