In order for a student to join our Mathnasium@home program, they will need to be added to the system first. This guide reviews how to set up a student for Mathnasium@home
On the student's detail page in Radius, navigate down to the Enrollments section and click on the Delivery Method
Select an option, set a start date, then click the Add button to set the delivery method
Login to the Virtual Center Portal found on the CD Dashboard (linked above!)
Navigate to Users and select the yellow Create New User Button
Fill in the User Id field with the last digits of their Radius user page (i.e. - https://radius.mathnasium.com/Student/Details/9876543 would be '9876543')
Fill in First Name and Last Name
Set the Username as First Initial, Last Initial, then UserID (i.e. - Super Man with ID 987654 would be 'sm987654')
Set Role as student
Make sure Center Code is set to VC-330
Click Add User
Find the student's User Account in VCP by using the search bar in User Management
Take note of the student's User ID and copy their temporary password using the clipboard icon (shown below)
Send an email to the student's guardian (contact info found in Radius) and include the student's Username and Password so they are able to login
Follow the Uploading Student Work guide (linked above) to add a student's learning plan to the VCP platform
