Maintenance Memberships are memberships with once-per-week attendance, allowing us to maintain a student's progress in math. These memberships are designed for students who are caught up or ahead in math, and are not recommended for students who are behind or struggling.
📘 - Standard Membership EnrollmentÂ
Maintenance Memberships are once-per-week memberships designed for students who are already caught up or ahead of their grade level math course. This can be helpful for students in these situations:
Students who are not available twice a week due to busy schedules
Students who are feeling burned out and need a break from the program
Students who are already ahead and want to maintain their progress without pushing too far ahead.
Families who's students are caught up, but need to reduce the cost of their membership due to financial burden
*NOTE* Putting a student who is already behind in math into a Maintenance Membership can cause them to potentially fall further behind! Consider altenative solutions!
In many situations, a maintenance membership is not recommended as a long-term solution. Make sure to discuss this with the parent and determine when to discuss returning to a Regular Membership
Select the Maintenance Membership option under the Membership Type field
Set the Contract Length to 1, Session Length appropriately, and Session Count to 5
You can adjust the First Month's Sessions in order to prorate the first month
