This guide details how to enroll a student in Radius. This will need to be done for a student to be considered enrolled with us.

Step 1: Find the Lead Account In Radius and Select "Start Enrollment Opportunity"

Lead Accounts can be searched under Lead Management in Radius
Alternatively, the search bar in Radius can be used to find the lead account
Step 2: Fill in Enrollment Opportunity Setup

Select delivery method
Select membership type (typically set to "Flexible")
Set grade range
Select session duration
Set start date (End date should automatically set)
Review start-up fee and first month payment
Set up billing start date
Adjust discounts if necessary
When finished, click on Save and Lauch

Any information uploaded previously should be double checked by the guardian to ensure accuracy
Not all fields in the Guardian Details needs to be filled in
Step 4: Review Membership Terms with the parent

Discuss membership flexibility and make sure the parent understands that the membership is not a "contract"!
Review Automatic-Renewal Policy: Membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at end of membership term
Discuss policy for ending membership
7 days notice before end of moth
Need to fill out Membership Cancellation Form
Discuss scheduling: 2 recurring appointments and option to schedule additional. Recurring can be changed through the CD.
Discuss Automatic Debit Policy: card on file will charge automatically
Select "I acknowledge and accept the membership terms" and click Next

Review breakdown of costs with the parent
Fill in payment information on the Payment Details page

Review Sessions and Attendance: Two times a week minimum for progress. Consistency is KEY!
Review Mathnasium Materials: We provide everything the student needs. They will only need to bring in homework and their last stamp from previous session
Review Homework Policy: Homework is completed after Mathnasium work, and we will not be able to complete homework with all students
Review Parent Expectations: Remind them the importance of consistent attendance, and tell them to let you know if they are experiencing any difficulties with the program.
Review the 3 Consent Items: Media Release, Consent to Contact Teacher, and Consent to Leave Unescorted
