Before offering Homework Help Memberships, it is important to know which instructors are comfortable helping with advanced coursework

These curriculums include the following:

• Pre-Calculus

• Calculus

• Statistics

• Calculus 2

• College Coursework

Making a note of which instructors are able to work through advanced curriculum will help make sure you schedule Homework Help Only memberships appropriately

Homework Help Memberships are designed for students who need additional help with advanced coursework

Oftentimes the curriculum they are working on goes beyond the scope of our normal curriculum

• Pre-Calculus

• Calculus

• Statistics

• Calculus 2

These memberships are only available at the Center Director's discretion

You will need an instructor who is comfortable teaching advanced curriculum in order to help

• If you do not have any staff available to help, work with a nearby center to find a solution

  • You may need to recommend the student enroll in another center OR have an instructor from a neighboring center come visit your center on particular days

  • Otherwise, it may be best to politely let the family know that we are unable to help at this time

Review your instructor schedule and verify that your instructors have time available to work with your advanced student

It may be necessary to move instructor times around to meet a need, depending on how flexible their availability is

• 3+ Month Membership - For students who are going to need consistent help throughout the year. Will be attending twice a week

• 3+ Month Limited Membership - For students who will need to come in only once per week to review and discuss topics from their classwork

• Per-Visit Membership - For rare cases in which students will not need our help more than once or twice

This session type corresponds to our Homework Help Membership

The Session Length and Session Count should match the appropriate Homework Help Option

• 3+ Month Membership: 60 minute session length, 12 session count

• 3+ Month Limited Membership: 90 minute session length, 4 session count

• Per-Visit Membership: Switch Grade Range to Elementray Grades, 90 minute session length, 4 session count

  • Note: The Per-Visit Membership will not automatically be charged for sessions. To do so, you will need to set a Fee each month for sessions attended, followed by a One-Time Payment. It is best practice to set a recurring task for yourself in Asana under your Payments Tracker Project as a reminder.
