After enrolling a student, you will need to follow these steps to make sure the student's enrollment is properly tracked. This guide also reviews the in-center procedures necessary to get a student started.
Find the student's assessment task in Asana.
If the student does not have an assessment task in Asana, one will need to be made for them
Mark the assessment as enrolled, and fill in any missing details.
Add additional comments to the task where necessary
Add the student the the General Info Tab of your Center Info Spreadsheet
You may need to add a row if an additional spot is needed
Use should use this spreadsheet in order to keep track of what has been completed for enrollment
Add the student's recurring student to DaySmart using the Creating a Recurring Schedule guide found above
Mark the DaySmart (Appt+) checkbox on the Center Info Spreadsheet
Use the Creating Learning Plans guide above to create a student's learning plan
Create the student's binder using the Creating Student Binders guide linked above!
