Along with my extracurriculars, my academics and education are incredibly important to me. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA all three years of high school and received the highest GPA award of the junior class in drill team twice, along with being ranked number 1 in my class. I am in all AP and dual credit classes and have participated in two separate independent research projects this year and will continue to do so my senior year.

I take each commitment both in and out of school very seriously, with each position teaching me more about leadership and the responsibility necessary to effectively manage my time. This has especially been put to the test my junior year.

Volunteer at Christus St. Michael Hospital in the summer
Bharatanatyam (a form of Indian dance) dancer for 7 years, performed for the Hindu Temple in Texarkana
