A: Permissions set in Outlook Calendar will migrate over to Google Calendar. Example: secretary has permission to principal's Google Calendar
A: Click the gear in the top right-hand side, select Settings, select Labs, select Google Calendar Gadget, Save changes
A: All Outlook Calendar events will be migrated to Google Calendar.
