We are looking forward to tomorrow's Christmas Fair! This has taken a lot of planning and preparation from our staff, PTFA and helpers. We hope you will support your school and come along.

There will be many games, stalls, refreshments and more! The big man himself is even paying us a visit with his elves.

We are holding a cake stall at the fair - if you are a keen baker and can bake a few cakes or biscuits, please bring them along tomorrow at 12 o'clock. Thank you in advance.

We always need helpers so if you can help set up earlier in the morning, or help on a stall, even if for an hour, please can you email Dawn O'Hanlon PTFA@twyning.gloucs.sch.uk tonight. Many thanks.

tewkesbury district netball festival

On Tuesday we took a team of year 5&6 netballers to a 'friendly' festival at Tewkesbury academy. We played 5 games, were convincingly beaten in 2 by much larger schools, narrowly lost 1 game, drew 1 and finished with a win. Vienna was awarded a School Games wristband for honesty (such an important value in sport). With some quite new players to our netball club, I was very proud of their commitment and support for each other and we look forward to the competitive netball cup in the Spring. Well done to Teddy, Tom, Vienna, Amelia, Elena and Millie.

years 3&4 residential: wednesday 10th-thursday 11th july 2024

Due to increasing numbers, it has been necessary for us to find a new venue for our residential. We are delighted to have found a wonderful centre with excellent accomodation and very large grounds. It is the Noah's Ark Children's Venture, Macaroni Wood, near Cirencester : https://www.macaroniwood.org.uk/  We will have sole use of the centre and all facilities. Letters to children in Years 3&4 will follow shortly.
