Audrey Lundahl is an instructional designer with certifications in Quality Matters, TxDLA Accessibility, ACUE, Canvas, THECB AI for Educators, and OER Commons. She has a PhD in Women’s and Gender Studies and an MA in English Rhetoric. In addition to working with diverse departments as an instructional designer, she leads the TWU Open Education Community of Practice, which organizes a semi-annual Open Education conference and engages in OER projects across TWU and other Texas universities.
Denise Arellano earned an MS and PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and taught psychology for many years before moving into instructional design in 2015. She is certified in Digital Accessibility (TxDLA), Project Management (OLC), OER Core Elements (THECB), and AI Essentials (Google), and is a Canvas Certified Educator and Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 & 2). She began at TWU in 2019 and serves as Quality Matters Coordinator, Course Review Manager, Peer Reviewer, and Workshop Facilitator.
Terisa O’Dowd is an instructional accessibility designer for Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. She works closely with faculty, assisting them in understanding the significance of digital accessibility in the design and development of online and hybrid courses. This includes individual coaching, seminars, and webinars. She often attends and presents at accessibility conferences and engages with a number of campus and professional groups. She has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University and is an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC).
Robert Lipscomb has been an instructional designer with Texas Woman's University's Center for Faculty Success since Fall 2022. He holds an MA in English Literature and Language from the University of Virginia and taught advanced English Language Arts at the secondary and introductory college levels for 15 years. He is a Canvas-certified educator and Quality Matters Peer Reviewer who supports the College of Nursing and Healthcare Administration faculty, primarily assisting with assessment best practices, student engagement strategies, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
