Programming Sessions

Whether you are a student eager to step into your potential or a staff member passionate about cultivating the next generation of changemakers, you’ve found your community. This conference is a collaborative space for anyone dedicated to fostering student leaders and creating environments where we can all grow, inspire, and learn from one another.
To help you target your personal growth and customize your learning experience, our sessions are intentionally organized around six core programmatic themes.
We know that leadership development isn't one-size-fits-all. That’s why we have built a flexible, robust schedule designed to help you focus exactly on the knowledge areas you want to improve.

The Lineup at a Glance

The conference features five session blocks, with seven concurrent presentations running during each block, giving you a total of 35 incredible sessions to choose from.

Because sessions are clearly categorized by theme, you can choose to dive deep into a single track all day or mix and match categories to build a well-rounded leadership toolkit.

Timeline

Aug 3, 2026: Application open for the program submissions (link)
September 25, 2026: Final deadline for program submissions
September 25, 2026 - October 4, 2026: Selection period for programs
October 5, 2026: Invited presenters are notified
October 9, 2026: Presenters confirm that they are presenting
October 12, 2026: Alternate presenters offered if needed
October 16, 2026: Alternate presenters confirmed

Submission Process

We will utilize a Google Form for participants to submit program proposals. The proposal will ask for the following:

Registration disclaimer
Abstract
3 Learning Outcomes
Audience (Select all that apply)
Programmatic Theme (Select all that apply)
Outline
Needed Materials
Co- Programmers Information (if needed)

Selection Process

There will be a team of 3 people who will review the program submissions. These individuals will decide what programs will be accepted, what programs will be alternates, and what programs will not be accepted.

Moderators

Moderators will be pulled from the many volunteers who will be helping with the conference. They will be tasked with closing the room off once it is at capacity, assisting presenters with any technology questions/concerns, and alerting presenters when it gets close to the time of the presentation being up.

Evaluations

Presenters will receive an evaluation QR code to include at the end of their presentation to ensure that the audience completes the evaluation. We will also include the evaluation in the Yapp app to give delegates multiple ways to access the evaluation. After the conference, feedback will be sent to presenters to help them grow and develop.
