Are you estranged from your mother and are a mother to a child?
We invite you to participate in a study called Motherless Mothers, which aims to explore how new mothers who are estranged from their own mothers experience and construct their maternal identity.
We are seeking volunteers who were estranged from their mother while they were parenting a child in the home. We hope to receive responses from people who identify as mothers and are over the age of 18, and welcome anyone of any ethnicity, race, and/or cultural background.
Details: Participants will participate through a Zoom Interview between 90 and 120 minutes. The interview will be recorded and transcribed. The study is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw from the survey at any time or skip any questions.
(Participation is voluntary. There is a potential risk of loss of confidentiality in all email, downloading, electronic meetings, and internet transactions.)
