Session Description: An Observation Survey of Early Literacy Achievement is an incredibly valuable tool for getting to know your student's strengths. This session will focus on careful observation and analysis of early literacy behaviors to guide your Predictions of Progress and early lessons with students.
Session: Description: This session will address how to start building the foundation of the self-extending processing system for bilingual students beginning in Roaming Around the Known.
Session Description: Clay instructed teachers to focus on the ways students get to and use information rather than on mere correctness and habitual responses. As RR/DLL teachers we temporarily value the partially correct responses for whatever they contribute toward correctness. This invaluable tenant informs our observation, running record analysis, and teaching.
