Children have opportunities to accelerate their learning when they independently problem-solve new challenges in reading and writing. Teachers’ contingent teaching plays a key role in facilitating this strategic activity. In this webinar, learn how to support students’ effective and efficient processing through in-depth analysis and carefully crafted teaching and learning interactions.
Participants have an opportunity to extend the conversation about supporting acceleration with trainers and colleagues about the topic. A “sift and sort” format allows participants to raise questions for discussion that connect to our practice and the theoretical foundations of early literacy.
