TW's Bistro & Grill fulfills owner Timothy Williams's lifelong cooking passion. For decades, Timothy has crafted recipes that bring joy to friends and family, focusing on creating great-tasting food. Over the past three years, he expanded his culinary reach by selling his authentic NC Pork and Turkey BBQs under the name TW's Pulled Pork BBQ and More, starting at a local farmer's market. His greatest reward is the joy of sharing his food with new friends.

 In April 2024, Timothy reimagined his dream by purchasing his first food truck and rebranding it as TW's Bistro & Grill. This transition allowed him to broaden his menu while staying true to his core mission of serving exceptional food. Now, he travels across Eastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina, continuing to delight new friends with his flavorful dishes. 

His motto captures the essence of his cooking: "It's All In The Flames!"
