Rhys Evans is a Natural Resources Manager at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA., and has been a been a U.S. Government Civil Service employee for 32 years.  He's a California native, a graduate of Humboldt State University (long before the "Polytechnic" designation), a TWS Certified Wildlife Biologist and a former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer.  Rhys is also a Past President of the Western Section of TWS, as well as a former member and co-chair of the TWS Certification Review Board.
