Students can claim a reward every time they collect 5 STICKERS, which they can earn through Running Man activities and class discussions. This sticker reward system is designed to encourage active participation and build students’ confidence in using English.
When we first introduced RUNNING MAN in February 2025, students would literally run away whenever they saw me, afraid to speak in English. However, over time, we began to see a change—students started volunteering to read and would even line up patiently, waiting for their turn. Remarkably, this enthusiasm grew even though they only received one sticker per day for participating in RUNNING MAN.
