The Zones of Regulation is a complete social-emotional learning curriculum, created to teach children self-regulation and emotional control.  Our district uses the Zones of Regulation to help our student's learn about themselves and others.  Incorporating the Zones of Regulation at home will help reinforce what is learned at school.
