Rental Policy

• Both cottages are NON-SMOKING cottages. The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. is not permitted inside of the cottages under any circumstance.

• Pets are permitted in the cottages (must be discussed with Nicole or Jason prior to check-in) for an additional fee of $100/week during our summer rentals.

• Please be respectful to the cottages and any property inside. Treat them as your own home and be mindful to the others who may be renting after you.

Payment Information

A down payment of $1100 (50%) is required at time of booking for all summer weekly rentals. Remaining 50% ($1100) required in addition to $300 refundable damage deposit within one week of check-in. $300 damage deposit to be returned shortly after check-out upon inspection of cottages.

All payments are to be completed via Interac E-Transfer, payable to info@twinpeakscottages.com, unless otherwise negotiated.

Cancellation Policy

All summer cottage rentals are subject to a 21-day cancellation period. Any cancellations made outside of 21 days of check-in will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 21 days are subject to a $500 fee. Credit of full amount may be kept on file (no expiration) for cancellations made within 21 days of check-in.

Additional Policies

• Cottage must be left in same state as check-in - if there are any issues please notify Nicole or Jason immediately.

• Please run dishwasher prior to checking-out of the cottage(s).

• Maximum occupancy of cottages are under the discretion of Nicole and Jason if stay exceeds four persons.

• Guests must be respectful to neighbours on the property, and neighbours around the property.

• Renters are to provide their own linens (pillowcases, sheets, comforter) and towels (towels, facecloths, hand towels, etc.).

• Toilet paper, paper towel, saran wrap, tinfoil, etc. will be provided for renters.

• Renters to provide own food/groceries for duration of stay. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, provided to renters and left in cottage (K-Cups).

• Guests agree to assume responsibility for any personal injury, sickness and/or death, loss or damage, however caused, to the person(s) inside the cottage(s) and on the property during the rental dates reserved.

• Usage of tents and trailers are prohibited unless discussed with Jason and Nicole prior to check-in.
