Club Volleyball with TCE

Our Club seasons start with tryouts in November and practices typically begin the first week of December, and run through early May. Our teams are made up of 8-12 players and are lead by a Head and Assistant Coach. Teams practice up to 5 hours per week and will have the opportunity to participate in Mental Health Education, Guidance on Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning training.

Twin Cities Elite is a nonprofit organization and relies heavily on fundraising to cover seasonal expenses. Each Player will be required to participate in fundraising efforts throughout the season: An individual fundraiser, a team fundraiser and a dine out night. We also ask players and parents to participate in our tournaments by working at our concessions stand or admissions table for up to 4 hours per season. Players that do not fulfill their fundraising requirements are not eligible to compete in tournaments.

Season fees are due in full at tryouts, and we offer easy payment options:

Payment in Full via Card, ACH Transfer, Cash or Check at Tryouts. (Processing fees will apply)
Monthly payments are available to any player in our program:
1. All payment plans will require a $500.00 deposit
2. Remaining balance can be split up into monthly payments with the final payment due by April 17, 2026.

If you wish to utilize our monthly payments option, you must have your form completed and ready to turn in at Tryouts. Payments can be made via post dated checks, electronic check (ACH Transfer) or Credit or Debit Card. You can access our forms file on our drive to download the payment plan and the required authorization forms.

We feel strongly that finances should not be the reason a player is unable to participate in the sport they love, so we have financial payment plans available for those who may need them.
