What Teachers Need to Know about Science and Engineering Practices

This is one of a three-part series designed to make the three dimensions of the NGSS more concrete. In this brief workshop, you will learn about the eight Science and Engineering Practices (SEPs) in the NGSS and how they impact instruction in the classroom. Understanding the SEPs will also help you understand Performance Expectations and assessment in the NGSS.
