Why We Are Making This Change?
Our clinic is making a transition to hybrid Direct Primary Care, also known as concierge medicine. We've made the difficult decision because the traditional insurance-based model is no longer sustainable for our clinic. Other systems in our region are reducing services and appointment times. What This Means for You
For many of you, the high level of care you receive won't feel different. You’ve chosen us, and continue to see us, because we dedicate the time to approach your care holistically, rather than focusing only on problem-based visits. Investing in this new model allows us to continue providing this level of comprehensive care. Your membership will be with Bridging Medicine to provide non-insurance-covered services.
As a member, you will have:
Improved Access: Access to appointments will improve.
Alternate Appointment Types: We will be able to offer telephone visits and other appointment types that are typically not covered by insurance.
New Services: We will be working to add additional services, starting right away with a body composition assessment. One no-charge assessment per year will be included with your membership, as this service is not covered by insurance.

Membership Investment
The typical rate for Direct Primary Care in Washington state is $500 per month per person or higher. We are striving to keep our clinic accessible:
Adults: $200/month per adult
Children: $100/month per child
Family Rates:
Additional adults: $150/month
Child added to an adult membership: $25/month
Membership fees will begin July 20, 2026.
There will be a one time registration fee of $100 for an individual or $150 for a family.
Insurance Coverage
Enumclaw Family Medicine, the company you see currently, will continue to accept insurance for covered services. This is a significant benefit because it keeps us in-network for ordering essential services like labs, imaging, and specialist consultations. Being an out-of-network provider for these services could significantly increase your costs.
If your insurance-covered benefit requires a copay or coinsurance, we are required by our contract with your insurance company to collect that amount. Using a hybrid model allows us to be sustainable and keeps your cost down.

Our clinic offers in-house lab draws in partnership with LabCorp for your convenience. Please note that all LabCorp billing is handled separately from our clinics billing.
