Speed and Agility Camp for Rising 1st-7th Graders
Get ready for a fun and energetic summer at our Speed and Agility Camp! This program is designed specifically for young athletes in grades 1 through 5 to enhance their athletic skills while having a blast.
What to Expect:
Speed Training: Improve running speed and acceleration.
Coordination & Balance: Strengthen motor skills for better control and movement.
Agility Drills: Enhance quickness and reaction time for sports and play.
Movement Techniques: Learn proper techniques for efficient movement and better athletic performance.
The camp is tailored to all skill levels, offering a supportive environment where kids can develop their abilities, boost their confidence, and have fun! With a focus on teamwork, fitness, and active play, participants will leave with stronger athletic skills and a love for staying active.
