The TVHS Ski & Boarding Club is excited about another season on the slopes. We are dedicated to helping students access the mountain and participate in a wonderful lifetime physical activity.
In order to join and participate in Ski Club, you must purchase a ski or boarding package from Blue Mountain. For more information on the Blue Mountain trips, please expand the Blue Mountain section below. In addition to the Blue Mountain trips, Ski Club also offers a Vermont trip at an additional cost. After completing the sign-up process for Blue Mountain, please expand the Vermont trip section below if you are interested in joining us in Vermont.

Use this LINK to check whether or not you completed THE ENTIRE sign-up process.
You will be purchasing a package directly from Blue Mountain via the Group Portal. This package will include a lift ticket and any other additional items, such as rentals. In addition, you will be providing a check to Twin Valley High School Ski Club to cover the transportation costs associated with the 5 school-sponsored trips we will take to Blue Mountain as a club. Finally, cash will be collected to cover tip for the bus drivers. The transportation check and tip are NOT optional for TVSD students.
You are purchasing a product directly from Blue Mountain via the Group Portal. All sales are final. A refund is possible with a doctor's note in the case of an injury. Please talk directly to a Ski Club advisor if this situation arises.
We will run 5 school-sponsored trips to Blue Mountain. Busing will be provided for these trips. The buses will leave Twin Valley High School (by the flag pole in front of the building) at 2:45pm and return to Twin Valley High School around 10:50pm. In order to be eligible to join Ski Club, a student must be able to load the bus and depart by 2:45pm - no exceptions. All TVHS students in Ski Club MUST ride the bus on the evenings of school-sponsored trips to access Blue Mountain. Students can access the mountain on their own any date outside of the school-sponsored trips. The transportation fees are mandatory to all TVHS students - no exceptions.
Any student new to the sport or performing at a beginner ability level is strongly recommended to sign-up for a lesson package with Blue Mountain.
Helmets are required for all students. All rental packages will include a helmet rental. If you own your own skis or snowboard, you will need to purchase your own helmet. You will not be able to rent just a helmet from Blue Mountain via the group portal.
Open and print the TVHS Ski & Boarding Club - Signature Form. This document includes the dates of the trips, package prices for the current season, and a form you must sign. Before signing the form, open and read the TVHS Ski & Boarding Club - Logistics - Rules document. You will also include a check made out to Twin Valley High School Ski Club that will cover transportation costs. Turn in the signature form and transportation check to the TVHS Main office together in an envelope labeled with the name of the participant. The transportation check is NOT optional.
Complete the Blue Mountain Group Portal. You must use this link. It is specific to our group. This is where you will select your Blue Mountain package, complete the electronic waiver, and pay for your package via credit card. The Portal is password protected to help confirm you are in the correct spot.
The password is: KBuXqF18JpPK
Click on Group Portal Instructions for step-by-step instructions. The parent or guardian must create the account if the participant is under the age of 18. You will then add the child to the account as an associate. Otherwise, the waiver will not work.
You can purchase passes for adults or other family members through our group portal. This helps our numbers and saves you money. Please email Mr. Ryan Waltermyer if you are making a purchase for an individual that will not be in the Ski Club.
You will have the option to attach a headshot of the participant in the group portal. See instructions. If you do not attach the picture when you complete the portal, email groupsales@skibluemt.com with the name of the pass holder, date of birth, school group name (Twin Valley High School), and a clear headshot so it can be linked to the account.
Complete the TVHS Ski & Boarding Club Google Form. This is where you will enter participant contact information, parent/guardian contact information, and emergency contact information. The last section of the form will also ask you to select your Blue Mountain package. Once again, this is for the Ski Club advisors to double-check Blue Mountain has the correct information as a result of you completing the Group Portal.

Open and print the Vermont Ski Weekend document. The payment information/schedule and the room preference form are included on the document. Turn your payment and form into the TVHS Main office in an envelope labeled with your name.
We are combining with Owen J. Roberts High School to guarantee enough students to run the trip and make it a success. However, we will limit the trip to one charter bus. Priority will be given to Ski Club members and upper classman. If you can't attend the Friday evening trips to Blue Mountain, but you are interested in the Vermont Trip, you must talk directly to the Ski Club advisor.
We will hold a meeting prior to the final payment deadline to finalize rooms. The number of students in a room has a direct impact on the cost of the trip per student.
