Dear Parents and Students,
Hello! My name is Mrs. Millie Delfin, and I serve as the 4th Grade RTI Specialist. This is my 24th year at The Villages Charter School, where I have previously worked as an ESE teacher for five years, taught third grade for nine years, and second grade prior to that. My experience also includes working as an ESOL paraprofessional and a third grade teacher assistant when my children were in elementary school. I hold a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (K-12), alongside my Reading and ESOL endorsements.
