Fundations
FUNdations is our phonics program at Tuslaw Elementary. It is very intensive, and we learn only 1-3 letters/ sounds a week. The students are given specific instruction on how to form the letters and make the correct sound. We then put these sounds together to make words. I encourage you to practice these skills at home with your student. Guides are given here as to how to help them. Thanks for your time and effort! It truly pays off in the classroom!
