📝 Note: This is only for picking up t-shirts, tickets, and badges—not for board setup. If you come to this you do not need to “Check-In” on Saturday, just head straight to the North Gym for Board set-up.

Event Schedule

🕘 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Judging (North Gym)--See exact times below
🕝 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Inventors Hall Public Presentations – Inventors stand by their boards and give a 1-minute pitch. Judges may still be evaluating. Family members should give space and enjoy talking to other inventors.
🕞 3:30 PM: Marsee Auditorium- Open Seating

🎤 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Awards Ceremony –Please remain for the full event.
