Talent is important, but without hard work that talent means almost nothing. With hard work you can make anything happen. When people truly work as hard as they can they have accomplished amazing things. How do you think we were able to send people to the moon? Or make it to where people can travel like birds to other parts of the world? The answer is hard work!
Those who put in hard work are needed in so many other professions than those with just talent. And in some of those professions that need talent if you work hard you can figure it out and make it work.
Talent provides may provide a valuable head start, but having talent means that you must learn how to apply talent. Reaching success all depends on how you define success. In the end, talent is the hidden spark that gives you edge. Hardwork is the flame that needs to be ignited to achieve long term success.
At the end of the day, having talent is the very foundation of what is to come. Hard work is the only way to reach success.
