Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Tuscaloosa City Schools offers all employees and their eligible family members access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential program provides free assessments, short-term counseling, and referral services to help employees navigate personal and professional challenges.
The EAP can provide support with:
Stress and anxiety
Financial concerns
Marriage and relationship issues
Parenting and family concerns
Substance use challenges
Extended family matters
And other personal concerns
These services are completely confidential and are provided at no cost to eligible employees.
